You can choose from two insurance plans, each offering a choice of deductibles. After you pay the deductible per coverage period and 20 percent of the first $5,000 of covered medical expenses per incident, the insurance covers 100 percent of most other health care costs (see brief outline of coverages for details).

Freedom to choose your provider

Managing your claim

  1. Pay direct to providers-IMG will make payment directly to some participated providers. For this method, you or your providers need to fill out a claim form and attached a statement with procedure code(s) to IMG within 90 days. This is only good for using providers in U.S. area.
  2. Reimbursement-If you already made payment or required to make payment by your providers. You may fill out a claim form and attached a statement with procedure code(s) and receipt(s) to IMG within 90 days. IMG will send a check to you directly.
