Use of our web site is completely free of charge to you. When you buy insurance through our website, you do not pay us anything. Monthly premiums are remitted to the insurance company directly. AnyHealth Insurance Services, Inc. only receives commissions from insurance companies, we do not charge consumers.

Monthly insurance premiums are paid directly to the insurance company. At the end of each application, you will be offered different payment options to choose from. Once your policy is in effect, you may change your payment method either by calling your insurance carrier's customer service or by filling out a change of payment form. Following payment types may not be available with some insurance carriers:

  • Automatic monthly deduction from checking account (recommended)
  • Automatic monthly deduction from credit card (recommended)
  • Paper billing (Some carriers will charge an extra handling fee each paper billing.)
    • Monthly
    • Bi-monthly (2 months)
    • Quarterly (3 months)

For HMO members, you may only visit specialists who participate in the same medical group as your designated primary physician. If you have a preferred specialist, check with the specialist which medical group he/she participates in, and select a primary physician who is in the same medical group. Keep in mind that before you visit the specialist, you must visit your primary physician first. Once the referral to your specialist is approved by the medical group, you may then make an appointment with the specialist.

When you purchase insurance through our website, you will be paying the same premium as when buying from insurance companies directly or through other insurance agencies. Insurance premiums are regulated by the Department of Insurance of the state you reside in. No matter who you buy the insurance from, premiums will all be the same. The only difference is the service that you will be receiving.

  • The effective date you request in the application is subject to underwriting review. Submitting application does not guarantee health insurance coverage.
  • Please do not cancel your existing health insurance until you receive written notice from your new insurance carrier that you have been approved.
  • To check status of your application, please log in to access your account and check if your application has been approved.
  • You may call the insurance carrier underwriting department to check the status of your application. You will need to provide your social security number.

  1. Access your account by log in.
  2. Select "Submitted Applications".
  3. You will find the status of your application:
    Pending
    Your application has been received and is in underwriting.
    Approved
    Congratulations! Your application has been approved. You will receive your ID Card from insurance carrier within 5 to 7 working days from the date of approval
    Declined
    Your application has been declined by the insurance carrier. Your will receive a letter from insurance carrier explaining why your application has been declined
    Terminated
    Your application has been cancelled due to pending for incomplete information for too long

  3. Select the application you wish to finish.
  4. Click on the "finish application" link and and continue where you left off.
